broken equipment uncleaned room
The gym equipment wasn't working properly. i reported it, but it was still broken days later. The tv in my room had a chromecast, but it didn't work, what a shame. also, the room wasn't very clean when i arrived. i was a little bit disappointed.

excellent location direct access generous buffet responsive staff
The hotel location was excellent, right in town center. I appreciated the direct access the hotel provides to the thermal baths. The breakfast buffet was very generous, with several choices. The hotel staff proved responsive to requests.
The in-room air conditioning control was not very intuitive.

super getaway in!
modern hotel underground car rainfall shower helpful staff
the hotel has a gym with three treadmills. it also has two stationary bikes. my room included two separate sinks. rainfall shower was awesome. the underground car park was useful. reception staffs are friendly.
the room got a bit dusty, i think.

The hotel's location was acceptable. It provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room's temperature control was faulty. It was either too hot or required shutting it off completely. Loud music from a private party disrupted sleep until midnight. The staff's handling of complaints was poor. They denied the obvious party instead of apologizing.
